A comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of patients with cholelithiasis complicated by obstructive jaundice. In the study group patients developed method of operating papillosfinkterotomii, in control - the traditional way transduodenalnym papillosfinkterotomii. The proposed method has the advantage in situations where conventional methods are technically complicated, reduces the likelihood of postoperative complications, shortens the operation time and stay patient in hospital.[1.
