Бурденко Минздрава России</copyright-holder><ali:free_to_read xmlns:ali="http://www.niso.org/schemas/ali/1.0/"/><license><ali:license_ref xmlns:ali="http://www.niso.org/schemas/ali/1.0/">https://vestnik-surgery.com/journal/about/editorialPolicies</ali:license_ref></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://vestnik-surgery.com/journal/article/view/1236">https://vestnik-surgery.com/journal/article/view/1236</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p><bold>Relevance.</bold> The study of the topographic-anatomical changes in the tracheobronchial complex and tracheal bifurcation after lobectomy is an actual subject of clinical anatomy and surgery.</p> <p><bold>The aim is to study</bold> the features of the tracheal bifurcation' topographic-anatomical changes in the different times after lobectomy.</p> <p><bold>Materials and methods.</bold> An analysis of the computer tomograms was performed in the early postoperative period, in 6 and 12 months after lobectomy in 62 patients.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> The tracheal bifurcation shifts in the transverse, angular and vertical directions after lobectomy. The degree and nature of the shift depend on the lobectomy type. In most cases, the degree of the tracheal bifurcation' shift is small and statistically insignificant.</p> <p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> There were no statistically significant topographic-anatomical changes of the tracheal bifurcation after lobectomy. It may be associated with other compensatory mechanisms: the elevation of diaphragm level, the shift of heart, the retraction of the thoracic wall.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p> Актуальность. Изучение топографо-анатомических изменений трахеобронхиального комплекса, в частности бифуркации трахеи после лобэктомий – важная и актуальная тема клинической анатомии и хирургии.Цель исследования - выявление особенностей топографо-анатомических изменений бифуркации трахеи в различные сроки после лобэктомий.Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ компьютерных томограмм 62 пациентов после лобэктомий в раннем послеоперационном периоде, через 6 и 12 месяцев после вмешательства.Результаты. Бифуркация трахеи подвержена поперечным, угловым и вертикальным смещениям после лобэктомий. Степень и характер смещений зависит от вида лобэктомий. Оказалось, что в большинстве случаев степень смещения бифуркации трахеи незначительна и статистически недостоверна.Заключение. Статистическая значимость топографо-анатомических изменений бифуркации трахеи после лобэктомий незначима, что может объясняться наличием других компенсаторных механизмов: подъемом купола диафрагмы, смещением сердца, уплощением грудной стенки.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lobectomy, tracheal bifurcation, CT scan, postoperative changes.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Ключевые слова: лобэктомия, бифуркация трахеи, компьютерная томография, послеоперационные изменения.
