The experimental investigation was carried out on 63 male rabbits divided into three groups. The first group was control, in the second group of rabbits the postoperative wounds were irradiated with “Bioptron”, in the third group rabbits were given mechanoactivated calcium gluconate with food and their wounds were irradiated with polarized polychromatic light “Bioptron”. The experiment proved the effectiveness of the complex of peroral administration of MACG and irradiation of postoperative wounds with polarized polychromatic light due to the acceleration of the reparative processes in bone tissue of the mandible</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведено экспериментальное исследование эффективности мехноактивированного кальций глюконата и поляри-зованного полихроматического света с использованием лампы БИОПТРОН для восстановления искусственно соз-данного перелома нижней челюсти. Эксперимент проведен на63 кроликах, разделенных на3 группы. Первая группакроликов была контрольной, вторая группа подвергалась облучению полихроматическим светом с использованиемрампы БИОПТРОН, третья группа получала с пищей механоактивированный кальций глюконат и подвергаласьоблучению. Затем кролики выводились из эксперимента, а препараты подвергались гистологическому исследова-нию.
