At present, due to the growing number of elderly and senile patients, as well as among patients of surgical hospitals, and an increase in the number of them with geriatric syndromes, science is facing new ways of treating and rehabilitating these patients of different age groups.

The purpose of this study is to determine the risk markers for the development of senile asthenia in emergency surgical pathology in older age groups. Ignoring the signs of senile asthenia in a patient can cause postoperative complications or even lead to death. For this reason, when an elderly patient with an emergency surgical pathology is admitted to the hospital, it is necessary to carry out the necessary types of examinations as quickly as possible and evaluate the values of the markers obtained at the same time, reflecting the degree of possibility of both the actual operation and the degree of its success if it is carried out.

Accordingly, it can be concluded that a timely and accurate assessment of the risk markers for the development of senile asthenia in emergency surgical pathology will improve the effectiveness of surgical interventions, as well as the postoperative condition of elderly and senile patients.

Considering this fact, it is necessary to develop and develop methods of prevention that prevent the deterioration of the condition of patients who have senile asthenia syndrom

В данное время, в связи с ростом количества пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста, в том числе хирургических стационаров, и увеличением частоты развития гериатрических синдромов, возникает необходимость поиска новых путей лечения и реабилитации данных пациентов разных возрастных групп.

Целью исследования явилось определение маркеров риска развития старческой астении при экстренной хирургической патологии у лиц старших возрастных групп. Игнорирование признаков старческой астении у пациента может стать причиной возникновения послеоперационных осложнени или даже привести к летальному исходу. По этой причине, при поступлении пациента пожилого возраста с экстренной хирургической патологией в стационар необходимо максимально оперативно провести необходимые виды обследования и оценить значения полученных при этом маркеров, отражающих степень возможности как проведения собственно операции, так и степени ее успеха в случае, если таковая будет проведена.

Соответственно, можно заключить, что своевременная и точная оценка маркеров риска развития старческой астении при экстренной хирургической патологии позволит повысить эффективность оперативных вмешательств, а также послеоперационного состояния пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста.

Учитывая этот факт, следует развивать и разрабатывать методы профилактики, препятствующие ухудшению состояния пациентов, имеющих синдром старческой астении.
