The introduction of modern parenteral nutrition technologies into clinical practice, which can be successfully carried out by patients self-dependently at home, has significantly changed the quality of life and ensured relatively long survival of the patients. However, parenteral nutrition can have a number of complications (catheter-associated bloodstream infection, venous thrombosis, hepatopathy, etc.), which requires a complex of therapeutic measures aimed at achieving enteral autonomy in these patients, significantly reducing or eliminating the need for intravenous support. One of the most essential areas that contributes to the achievement of enteral autonomy in this category of patients is autologous intestinal reconstruction surgery (AIRS).</p> <p>The aim of the review is to summarize and systematize the accumulated current information on various options for surgical treatment of patients with post-resection short bowel syndrome and intestinal failure (SBS-IF) using various surgical techniques.</p>
Одним из важнейших направлений, способствующих достижению энтеральной автономии у данной категории пациентов, является аутологичная хирургическая реконструкция кишечника (AIRS).</p> <p>Целью обзора является обобщение и систематизация накопленной и актуальной на сегодняшний день информации о различных вариантах оперативного лечения пациентов с пострезекционным синдромом короткой кишки и кишечной недостаточностью (СКК-КН) с использованием различных методик хирургического вмешательства.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>short bowel syndrome (SBS)</kwd><kwd>intestinal failure (IF) autologous intestinal reconstruction surgery (AIRS)</kwd><kwd>longitudinal intestinal lengthening and tailoring (LILT)</kwd><kwd>serial transverse enteroplasty (STEP)</kwd><kwd>spiral intestinal lengthening and tailoring (SILT)</kwd><kwd>antiperistaltic reverse segment</kwd><kwd>colonic interposition</kwd><kwd>controlled tissue expansion</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром короткой кишки (СКК)</kwd><kwd>кишечная недостаточность (КН) аутологичная реконструкция кишечника (AIRS)</kwd><kwd>продольное удлинение и подшивание кишечника (LILT)</kwd><kwd>серийная поперечная энтеропластика (STEP)</kwd><kwd>спиральное удлинение и подшивание кишечника (SILT)</kwd><kwd>антиперистальтический реверсивный сегмент</kwd><kwd>интерпозиция толстой кишки</kwd><kwd>контролируемое расширение тканей</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Lauro A, Coletta R, Morabito A.
