Were defi ned prognostic criteria of development of the developed differentiated tactics of antibiotic prophylaxis. Effi ciency of various variants of antibacterial therapy is estimated and medical tactics at occurrence of is purulent-septic complications was optimised.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Выявлены особенности клинического течения гнойно-септических осложнений (ангиогенного сепсиса и инфекции области хирургического вмешательства) сосудистых доступов у больных на программном гемодиализе, изучен ми- кробный спектр и его динамика на фоне проводимого лечения. Определены прогностические критерии развития гнойно-септических осложнений и разработана дифференцированная тактика антибиотикопрофилактики.
