Analysis of abdominal wall hernias surgery in 301 patients revealed that use of biological active suture materials for hernioplasty promotes the statistically reliable decrease of wound complications and disease recurrence frequency.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На модели герниопластики местными тканями и сетчатым имплантатом в опытах на 30 белых крысах-самцах линии Вистар показано, что применение при проведении операции биологически активного (антимикробного) хирургического шовного материала ведет к уменьшению воспалительной реакции тканей и оказывает положительное влияние на ход репаративных процессов в зоне пластики. При анализе результатов хирургического лечения грыж передней брюшной стенки у 301 больного установлено, что выполнение герниопластики с помощью биологически активных нитей позволяет достоверно уменьшить число раневых осложнений и рецидивов заболевания.</p></trans-abstract><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Borisov A.E., Kubachev K.G., Mitin S.E. i dr.
