Histochemical techniques combined with classical histological methods give the opportunity to monitor the state of the wounds on morphological indicators. The use of platelet-rich plasma stimulates collagenization, epidermization, angiogenesis, promotes more rapid formation of qualitative scar.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Морфо-функциональная характеристика раневого процесса на фоне применения обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы крови позволяет оценить процессы регенерации при использовании данного метода лечения. Гистохимическиеметодики в сочетании с классическими гистологическими методами дают возможность проводить мониторинг состояния раны по морфологическим показателям.
