Antioxidative and antihypoxemic action caused by actovegin in 400 mg daily dose in diabetic patients are established. We observed that actovegin indication produces corrective influenceon lipid peroxidation parameters and promotes improvement of diabetic polyneuropathy clinical implications preventive maintenance of diabetic foot syndrome.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На базе МУЗ ГО г. Воронеж «ГКБ СМП №10» у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа с диабетической полинейропатией и артериальной гипертензией обнаружено повышение общей оксидативной и снижение общей антиоксидантной способности с увеличением уровня антител к окисленным ЛПНП. Установлены антиоксидантное и антигипоксантное действия актовегина в дозе 400 мг в сутки у данной категории больных.
