The maximum development of lipid modifications in tissue of the pancreas the reach by on the third day after of relaparotomiae. The marked of increase content of free fat acids and lisophospholipids which possessions pronounced of detergent propertys that the one of a essential factors to bring about of progression of the pathological processes in pancreas.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На основании проведенного исследования установлено, что действие хирургической агрессии при остром экспериментальном панкреатите сопряжено с изменениями липидного гомеостаза тканевых структур поджелудочной железы. Максимального развития липидные модификации в ткани поджелудочной железы достигают к третьим суткам после релапаротомии. Отмечено увеличение содержания свободных жирных кислот и лизофосфолипидов, обладающих выраженным детергентным свойством, что является одним из существенных факторов, обусловливающих прогрессирование патологического процесса в поджелудочной железе.</p></trans-abstract><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
