Relevant is the questionof excessive scarring in the area of surgery, which resulted in reduced hypotensive effect of the operation, and in the late postoperativeperiod, in some cases, nullifies the results of the operation.Purpose of the study Develop a way to improve the efficiency of antiglaucomatous operation in which for the prevention of scarringis a synthetic material Gore-tex.Materials and Methods The experiment was performed on 30 animals that have been under-us into two groups. The control - 15animals operated by the standard method for deep sclerectomy S N Fedeorovu (DSE), and development of 15 animals that in theperformance of DSE under the superficial scleral flap was packed strip, a cut from the membrane Gore-tex.Results and their discussion The research results of implantation of synthetic material Gore-tex during the DSE showed reductionin the incidence of recurrence rise in intraocular pressure (IOP) in the late postoperative period, reduction of scarring processes.Morphological investigations showed that in the control group after 6 months in the zone of surgery determined proliferation fibrousconnective tissue with few fibroblasts and newly formed vessels, the level of intraocular pressure (IOP) in the control group after6 months was 11.0 mm rt st. He returned to the preoperative level. While in the experimental group of animals at 6 months aftersurgery, the im-plant is surrounded by a thin fibrous capsule around around the implant has a cavity to 20 mm, filled with liquid,which communicates with the suprachoroidal and subtenon. There were addi-tional cavities between the individual collagen fibersas well filled with fluid. The level of IOP after 6 months of after surgery on the proposed methodology, was 9.0 mm rt st. It shows mor-phological changes in the zone of interference. Conclusion The results indicate that the use of Gore-tex membranes processes reduces scarring in the area of surgical treatment and enhances the antihypertensive effect of the existing surgery.</p><p>Key words glaucoma, prevention of scarring, surgical treatment.</p><italic/></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic><italic/></italic></p><p>Актуальность Улучшение технических аспектов выполнения хирургических вмешательств при глаукоме позволило до-биться снижения внутриглазного давления в раннем послеоперационном периоде, а также уменьшения частоты развитияпослеоперационных осложнений. Актуальным является вопрос избыточного рубцевания в области оперативного вме-шательства, в результате которого снижается гипотензивный эффект операции, а в отдаленном послеоперационномпериоде, в некоторых случаях, сводит на нет результаты операции.Цель исследования Разработать способ повышения эффективность антиглаукоматозной операции, при которой для про-филактики рубцевания используют синтетический материал Gore-tex.Материалы и методы Эксперимент проведен на 30 животных, которые были разделены на две группы, контрольную - 15животных, оперированных по стандартной методике глубокой склерэктомии по С. Н. Федеорову (ГСЭ), и опытную - 15животных, которым при выполнении ГСЭ под поверхностный склеральный лоскут укладывалась полоска, выкроенная измембраны Gore-tex.Результаты и их обсуждение Исследование результатов имплантации синтетического материала Gore-tex при про-ведении ГСЭ выявило снижение частоты рецидива подъёма внутриглазного давления (ВГД) в позднем послеоперационномпериоде, уменьшение процессов рубцевания. Морфологические исследования показали, что в контрольной группе через 6месяцев в зоне оперативного вмешательства определялось разрастание грубой соединительной ткани с незначительнымколичеством фибробластов и новообразованных сосудов. Уровень внутриглазного давления (ВГД) в контрольной группеживотных через 6 месяцев составил 11.0 мм рт. ст, т. е. вернулся к дооперационному уровню, тогда как в опытной группечерез 6 месяцев после хирургического вмешательства имплант окружен тонкой фиброзной капсулы, вокруг имплантаиме-ется полость до 20 мкм, заполненная жидкостью, которая сообщается с супрахориоидальным и субтеноновым простран-ством. Отмечались дополнительные полости между отдельными волокнами коллагена, также заполненные жидкостью.Уровень ВГД через 6 месяцев после проведения оперативного вмешательства по предлагаемой методике составил 9,0 ммрт ст, что коррелировало с морфологическими изменениями в зоне вмешательства.Заключение Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что использование мембраны Gore-tex снижает процессырубцевания в зоне оперативного вмешательства и способствует повышению гипотензивного эффекта существующегохирургического лечения.Ключевые слова глаукома, профилактика рубцевания, хирургическое лечение.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>glaucoma, prevention of scarring, surgical treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>глаукома, профилактика рубцевания, хирургическое лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
