The experiment was carried out on 56 outbred rats.To study the dynamics of structural and functional changes produced in the bone histological and radiological investigationwere hold. The data obtained indicate that the use of jet reorganization and platelet concentrate is an effective guide forachieving the desired results in the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты комплексного лечения хронического остеомиелита длинных трубчатых костей. Эксперимент проведен на 56 беспородных крысах. Для изучения динамики структурно-функциональных изменений в кости выполнены гистологическое и рентгенологическое исследование.
