Extensive surgical trauma, prolonged contact of blood with foreign surfaceinfrared device, large doses of heparin, hypothermia, and especially weakness of the vascular wall of the aorta is alteredcauses bleeding in the intra-and postoperative period. The article reflects modern methods of combating and prevention ofbleeding complications in operations for congenital deformation of aortic arch.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Статья посвящена современным аспектам профилактики геморрагических осложнений – одних из наиболее частых и опасных осложнений при операциях на аорте. Обширная хирургическая травма, длительный контакт крови с чу-жеродной поверхностью аппарата ИК, большие дозы гепарина, гипотермия и особенно слабость сосудистой стенки измененной аорты являются причинами кровотечений в интра- и послеоперационном периоде.
