In the early postoperative period in the bile, swollento drain out, studied the concentration of cholesterol and urea. In blood serum defined urea, total protein, albumin, andcholesterol and prothrombin index. In postoperative period uncurtained the regularities of the dynamics of bile composition,which reflects the development of functional insufficiency of the liver and kidneys. By research of urea, determined a close correlation between its content in blood serum and bile, which served as the basis for developing way of using thisfluid for monitoring of nitrogen excretory renal function. By research of bile cholesterol revealed the growth of its concentrationif it is a favorable postoperative period. With the development of liver failure this dynamic was absent, and the cholesterollevel was below 16 mg / dl. The observed differences in the dynamics of cholesterol level served as the basis for developinga method for diagnosis of liver failure in patients in the early postoperative period. By comparing the operative characteristics of the proposed method is set its greater diagnostic specificity in comparison with traditional serum markers ofhepatodepression.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Обследовано 98 пациентов с хирургическими заболеваниями желчевыводящих путей и поджелудочной железы. Враннем послеоперационном периоде в желчи, отекающей по наружным дренажам, исследовали концентрацию хо-лестерина и мочевины. В сыворотке крови определяли содержание мочевины, общего белка, альбуминов, холесте-рина и протромбиновый индекс. В послеоперационном периоде выявлена закономерная динамика состава желчи,отражающая развитие функциональной недостаточности печени и почек. При исследовании мочевины установленатесная корреляционная связь между ее содержанием в сыворотке крови и желчи, что послужило основанием дляразработки способа использования этой жидкости для мониторинга азотвыделительной функции почек. При иссле-довании холестерина желчи выявлен рост его концентрации при благоприятном течении послеоперационного пе-риода. При развитии печеночной недостаточности такая динамика отсутствовала, а уровень холестерина был ниже16 мг/дл. Обнаруженные различия в динамике уровня холестерина послужили основой для разработки способа диа-гностики печеночной недостаточности у больных в раннем послеоперационном периоде.
