For an estimation of electrophysiologicalindicators we used the multifactorial statistical analysis that has allowed to frame mathematical electrophysiological modelof postoperative disturbances of motility and evacuation. The multifactorial statistical analysis also allowed us to carry outthe comparative analysis of results of the executed operative measures. We establish the dependence of electrophysiologicalindicators of a motility of a gastroenteric tract from character and volume of the executed operative measures.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведена оценка электрофизиологических показателей желудочно-кишечного тракта методом периферическойэлектрогастроэнтерографии у 64 больных с перфоративной язвой двенадцатиперстной кишки после изолирован-ных (без ваготомии) органосохраняющих операций. Для оценки электрофизиологических показателей использо-вался многофакторный статистический анализ, что позволило создать математическую электрофизиологическуюмодель послеоперационных моторно-эвакуаторных нарушений и осуществить сравнительный анализ результатоввыполненных оперативных вмешательств.
