This research is devoted to the quality of life of the 183 patients with occlusion of the main arteries of the lower extremities ofthe segment, which have had reconstructive vascular surgery. Quality of life was assessed using a questionnaire MOS SF -36before surgery among patients which have had various limp ischemia and after surgery that was performed out of normalaccess and also minimal access to the aorta at different times. Assessmet subject to the same quality of life of patients withdifferent outcomes of surgery-recovery of blood circulation in the limps and thrombosis of the shunt. It is shown, that qualityof life worsens with deepening of an ischemia of extremities. Indicators become better at restoration of blood circulation afterthe reconstructive surgery. The quality of life is better after surgery that was performed out of minimal access.

Представленное исследование посвященно изучению качества жизни 183 пациентов с окклюзионными поражениями аорто-подвздошно-бедренного сегмента, которым выполнялись реконструктивные операции на сосудах. Качество жизни оценивалось с помощью опросника MOSSF-36 у больных до операции при различной степени ишемии конечностей, а также после операции, выполненной из обычного доступа и минидоступа к аорте в различные сроки после вмешательства. Оценке подвергнуто также качество жизни больных с различными исходами операции – восстановлением кровотока в конечностях и тромбозом шунта.Показано, что качество жизни ухудшается с углублением ишемии конечностей. Эти показатели улучшаются при восстановлении кровотока после реконструктивных операций. Качество жизни выше после операций, выполненых из минидоступа.
