Хирургическое лечение переломов методом накостного остеосинтеза

Аннотация

На современном этапе развития травматологии и ортопедии существует множество методов по хирургическому лече- нию переломов, но ни один из них не является абсолютным решением и не способен гарантировать удовлетворительный результат. Наибольшее распространение из всех методик продолжает сохранять металлоостеосинтез с применением пластин и винтов. Проанализировав все ступени развития и подробно остановившись на современных видах пластин, при- меняемых в травматологии и ортопедии, были отражены главные направления развития этих технологий. На примерах разобраны наиболее популярные конструкции, применяемые на различных сегментах, сформулированы базовые основы и требования, предопределяющие желаемый эффект. В то же время, при всем разнообразии технологий, на протяжении всего времени существования этих методов остеосинтеза, так и остаётся неразрешимой проблема сопутствующего интраоперационного негативного влияния на регенерацию костной ткани при применении даже самых современных им- плантов, что не исключает риска замедленного или полного отсутствия сращения перелома.
