Каротидная ангиопластика и стентирование как альтернатива каротидной эндартерэктомии у больных со стенозирующим поражением сонных артерий

ние абсолютного риска: 10,6±2,6%, p<0,001), а частота инсульта/смертности 32% и 16%, соответственно (уменьшение абсолютного риска: 16,5±4,2%, p<0,001). Полученные различия статистически значимы. Малое число осложнений обуславливалось низким риском при выполнении хирургического вмешательства. У пациентов из группы медикаментозной терапии риск осложнений/смертности возрастал параллельно степени выраженности сужения на каждые 10%, особенно при критических стенозах (70-99%). Данные результатов NASCET по «симптомным» пациентам продемонстрировало эффективность КЭЭ у больных мужского пола с умеренными стенозами сонных артерий (50-69%). Тем не менее, результаты у пациентов женского пола не были столь однозначны. Дополнительные данные были получены в европейском исследовании по хирургии сонных артерий European Carotid Surgery Trial (ECST) и исследовании ветеранов администрации Veterans’ Administration (VA) Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis Group.
