Surgical accesses use in cases of fracture os coxae

Abstract

The modifi catory ilii-inguinalis access using in cases of fracture os coxae are presented in the article. Open reposition from interoscoccigis access with osteosintes by reconstruction fl at surfaces, screwies is used for the transacetabulis fracturies. Osteosintes has been fulfi lled from transossalis ilii-inguinalis access in 46(41,1%) of the patients. Use of the transossalis ilii￾inguinalis access cure let to nice view all fracturies and precision anatomical reposition and osteosintes.
