Abstract

The article covers the questions of the complex functional diagnostics at patients with chronic venous diseases. The infl uence of the motional and statodynamical abnormalities on the clinical course has been specifi ed. The operation of Linton upsets the function of musculo-venous pump of the shin. The Cockett operation does not eliminate the pathologic overload when working due to insuffi cient radicalism in liquidation of perforation escape. The subfascial ligation of perforating veins proved to be suffi ciently radical and does not impair the function of the musculo-venous pump of the shin. Biomechanical researches in the diagnostics of chronic lymphovenous insuffi ciency of the low extremities are necessary for adequate method of the treatment.
