Abstract

The results of studies of 93 patients operated on the aorto-iliac and femoropopliteal arterial segments were analyzed. The study included patients with late thrombotic reocclusion of redevelopment areas. Late thrombotic reocclusions observed in the period from 6 months to 5 years. Patients with thrombophilic states have a greater chance of later thrombotic reocclusions of redevelopment areas, than without these states. In the case of a combination of thrombophilia with each other the probability of this complication is even higher. Patients operated on for atherosclerotic occlusions of the arteries, are in need of blood analysis for latent thrombophilia and preventive pharmacological correction of the pathology.
