Pathomorphogenesis of pancreas-duodenum area while experimental pancreonecrosis induced by injectine of trypsin

Abstract

Morphological changes in the pancreas and duodenum while acute experimental pancreatitis induced by trypsin in 141 white Wistar rats were studied. The received results show the total necrosis of pancreas, massive hemorrhage intointerlobular and intralobular interstitial tissue and development of duodenit with expressed dystrophic changes of epithelial structures and glands and with high mortality of experimental animals.
