Prognosis of relapse of the acute bleedings from the upper part of gastrointestinal tract

Abstract

In article on the basis of the analysis of results of treatment of 1768 patients with acute bleedings from the upper parts of a digestive path, were shown the most signifi cant factors of the forecast of relapse of a bleeding. To risk factors of relapse of a bleeding, authors carry as the reasons of a acute gastroenteric bleeding, hemostasis methods. Leading prognostic factors among clinically signifi cant indicators had appeared volume of bleeding and intensity of a bleeding by criteria Forrest. Schemes of the forecast of relapse of a bleeding taking into account the specifi ed two factors and medical tactics following from them are offered. Use of given tactics has allowed authors to lower the general lethality with 2,1 to 1,0 %, and a postoperative lethality with 29,4 to 7,1 %.
