Abstract

It is found that the action of surgical aggression in the acute pancreatitis is associated with changes in lipid homeostasis of pancreas tissue structures. The maximum development of lipid modifications in tissue of the pancreas the reach by on the third day after of relaparotomiae. The marked of increase content of free fat acids and lisophospholipids which possessions pronounced of detergent propertys that the one of a essential factors to bring about of progression of the pathological processes in pancreas.
