Abstract

With the atherosclerotic defeat of lower mesenteric artery (LMA) carry out the ultrasonic angioscanning of lower mesenteric artery and fibrokolonoskopiyu with the simultaneous biopsy of mucous thick gut and with stenosis more than 25% diameter LMA and the development of atrophic changes in the woven components of mucous thick gut is established the diagnosis of chronic ischemia colon.
