Abstract
The given research is devoted to the dynamic of some markers metabolic syndrome by patients who were abdominal reconstruction. It was shown that surgical stress in the circumstances of the misbalanced hormonal background influences the series of metabolic indexes in state when dyspepsia and pain are not the limiting factors of food behavior any longer. It was found out that the patients the complex operation directed on the normalization of the hormonal background and included some elements of liporeduction surgery was able effective influence system metabolic processes.
