Abstract
The conformity to natural laws of biofilms forming by Staphylococcus cultures, allocated from patients with infected pancreonecrosis, on various drainage materials in vitro are considered in the article. The comparative analysis of efficiency of bactericidal influence of various antiseptics on planktonic both biofilm forms of methicillin resistant and sensitive Staphylococcus aureus is made. It is established that MRSA cultures possess the most expressed ability to biofilms formation оn the drainage polymers extended in practice. It is shown that bactericidal effect concerning the generated biofilm possess a miramistin solution and a gas ozono-oxygen mix in concentration of 40 mg/l.
