Abstract
In spite of extension of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies, rate of complicated forms of colorectal cancer is still too high and make 32,7% of all cases of cancer diseases in last 10 years. In this report we overview results of diagnostics and treatment of 226 cases of complicated forms of colorectal cancer in its combinations. Our trial has presented that modern diagnostics approaches can in 91,4% reveal not only localization and proliferation of disease, but also its complications. Results of surgical treatment depend on well-timed diagnostic of disease and its complications, relevant surgical tactics, methods and approaches, and also on full-fledged prophylactics and treatment of post-operative complications.
