Assess the efficacy of radiofrequency and hydroimpulsive treatments in patients with nonparasitic cysts of the liver

Abstract

Analyzes the results of the treatment of 81 patients with nonparasitic cysts of the liver, measuring more than 80 mm. Study group comprised 34 patients, the complex minimally invasive treatment which, according to testimony, used the radio frequency processing methods developed cyst wall and cyst Hydroimpulsive reorganization under ultrasonography. The control group consisted of 47 patients with the same pathology, puncture-drainage treatment was supplemented by indications, treatment cyst 96˚ ethanol or ozonated sanitation 0,9% solution of NaCl. The developed methods and radiofrequency treatments Hydroimpulsive cyst will improve the effectiveness of minimally invasive treatment of patients with this pathology by reducing the number of postoperative complications and relapses.
