Analysis of quality of life of patients suffered from liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension after portosystemic shunt

Abstract

On the basis of the anthropometric survey of 94 patients with acute appendicitis shows the relationship of the location Wales (typical and atypical) and somatotip man (dolyhomorfny, mesomorphic, brahimorfny), the influence of the type of physique of a patient to the clinic of acute appendicitis. A typical clinic appendicitis was observed in patients mesomorphic type of build with media location of Wales; the persons brahimorfny type of physique most often met pelvic, medial the location of Wales and the symptoms of pelvic pathology (23,9%); the dolyhomorfny patients most often identified retrocaecalis and subhepatic the location of Wales, in 3.9% of cases was the differential diagnosis with renal colic and in 13,17% - with pathology of the liver and bile passages.

Assess the efficacy of radiofrequency and hydroimpulsive treatments in patients with nonparasitic cysts of the liver

Abstract

Analyzes the results of the treatment of 81 patients with nonparasitic cysts of the liver, measuring more than 80 mm. Study group comprised 34 patients, the complex minimally invasive treatment which, according to testimony, used the radio frequency processing methods developed cyst wall and cyst Hydroimpulsive reorganization under ultrasonography. The control group consisted of 47 patients with the same pathology, puncture-drainage treatment was supplemented by indications, treatment cyst 96˚ ethanol or ozonated sanitation 0,9% solution of NaCl. The developed methods and radiofrequency treatments Hydroimpulsive cyst will improve the effectiveness of minimally invasive treatment of patients with this pathology by reducing the number of postoperative complications and relapses.
